Photos and AI processing

ArtyMuse at artymuse.com is operated by Digital Ideas FZC LLC. Before submission, photos remain in browser-tab memory. The application stores request/job identifiers, not photos, in localStorage to restore submitted requests.

Submission sends photos to our server and to xAI, our AI generation provider, with references and instructions for preparing and animating the scene.

Server storage and retention

Our server retains job records, prepared scenes, generated videos and billing/access records. Stored source-photo inputs are removed after the prepared scene is successfully saved.

Unfinished, failed and cancelled job folders are cleaned after 24 hours from creation when they are no longer running. Completed videos and their scene/job records have no automatic expiry. Billing records have no automatic deletion schedule. Private backups can retain copies.

Browser cookies and private access

A random browser cookie connects you to your paid access and private videos. It lasts up to one year and is Secure and HttpOnly on the public site. The server stores a hash of its token. Clearing the cookie can interrupt access. Video and media requests check browser ownership.

Current free access

No payment details are requested while free access is enabled. Browser access and generation records are still stored to keep your own videos private. Any earlier billing records remain separate from free generation.

Provider practices and deletion requests

This notice does not promise a particular xAI retention period or make claims about provider training practices. Support contact details for personal-data or deletion requests are not yet available. No self-service deletion control is currently provided.
